By accessing and using Personnn Growth ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this service.
Personnn Growth provides AI Executive Agents (CEO, CTO, CMO, and future agents) to assist solo founders in scaling their businesses. The service includes automated code generation, marketing campaign management, and sales strategy execution.
Our pricing model is designed to align with your success. We charge 5% of the extra revenue generated while using our agents, or $499/month, whichever is lower.
Billing occurs monthly. You are required to connect your Stripe account or provide accurate revenue data for calculation. Failure to provide accurate data may result in service termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
The code and content generated by our AI agents for your specific project belong to you. However, the underlying AI models, agents, and platform infrastructure remain the property of Azomland, LLC.
By using Personnn Growth, you expressly agree that your activities on the platform will be monitored and analyzed automatically by our CISO AI system for security purposes.
The CISO AI may take automatic actions to protect the platform, including blocking suspicious IP addresses or terminating compromised sessions, without prior human intervention.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Azomland, LLC. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
